Even after leaving Germany for over a month now, I still find comfort in eating a cold German breakfast in my bed with a book. This is a dish that blows ordinary cereal with fruit out of the water. The secret is these little caramel waffles that you can find in north western Europe, they are amazing and I’m so glad I have a friend overseas who is willing to send me over a box when I run out.
Half a Bowl of Cheerios (honey nut or apple cinnamon are great options)
3-4 sliced strawberries
drizzle about 2 teaspoons of honey
1  broken up Caramel Waffle(Buy here)
Milk(enough to cover the bottom of the bowl)
(I add honey and milk because it neutralizes the little bite of extra sweet/sour aftertaste of the strawberries)
